Lady Patricia Pickett was born in Whitakers, NC to the late Joshua and Corinda Bullock. After high school she attended Shaw University to pursue a degree in Business Administration. It was there that she met and fell in love with Pastor Craig S. Pickett, Sr. They have been married thirty-five years and are the parents of three sons, Cedric Antwaun, Craig Jr. and Jonathan Omar. Recently they became proud grandparents to one precious grandson, Josiah Henry who’s earthly visit was brief and two granddaughters, Carrington Ann and India Denise Pickett.

Lady Pickett is devoted to ministry. She is an Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ. She assists her husband in ministry to ensure that their God given mandate is carried out. She passionately encourages women. Her teachings challenge them to develop a relationship with God and with their families. She is a strong believer that ministry begins at home and then is spread abroad. She believes that church is made up of families and strong families make strong churches. She is an anointed, uncompromising teacher of the word of God.

She is the President of Life Fellowship at Breakthrough Ministries. This is an organization within the church designed to encourage LADIES to INTERCEDE FOR EACH-OTHER on a daily basis. The goal is to intercede and encourage one another on a daily basis. She also she teaches Sunday School. Sunday School is near to her heart as she often reflects on her past. As a child she was not allowed to go to a formal church service, but she was allowed to go to Sunday School. It was there that she was taught the foundation of the word. She was able to ask questions and received sound answers. Lady Pickett now serves as the Sunday School Chair Lady of the E.C. Cannon Memorial District.
In 2013, she was appointed President of the Overcomers Unit for Greater North Carolina Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard and Supervisor Harrizene Hedgebeth Keyes. This is a unit within the church which primarily ministers to teen mothers. It offers an avenue of hope and healing to them as they strive to overcome their mistakes. She strives to encourage and empower them to live their lives victoriously. Lady Pickett is grateful for the opportunity to serve young ladies. To reach them, she is faithful in sending out daily words of encouragement through group texts and on face book via a page dedicated to them entitled “Greater NC Jurisdiction Overcomers Unit’s” page.
Lady Pickett is also the author of a new book entitled “Snap Out Of It.” It is her desire that believers will realize that they are better than their situations.
